We offer Weekly Support Groups AND Healing Weekend Retreats

This organization is for serious emotional healing and support. It is NEITHER a “singles” nor a “dating” group. This is not the place to look for romantic relationships.

The purpose of  the Hawaii Support Group "Beginning Experience" is to cope with life's turmoil for adults who have suffered a loss through divorce, separation, or death of  a spouse

We accomplish the purpose by offering quality copyrighted programs presented by trained peer facilitators. These programs (in use worldwide) are designed to move grieving people through a transformational process to a new beginning in their lives.

We are an all-volunteer 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization of laypeople who are joined together in a peer ministry to provide Hawaii residents with a worldwide copyrighted process, thoroughly refined over decades.  It is the Healing Weekend. Participants are invited to "get away" for a full, long Weekend to concentrate on healing of the mind, spirit and body, surrounded by a peer group of those with similar circumstances (including the Facilitators).
